Imagine a truthfulness score based on how often the markets determine a user's posts to be true, or automatic warnings around posts from users who the markets frequently catch lying. With enough people voting on the truthy-ness of popular posts, a Farcaster client like Warpcast could use that truthy score as part of their algorithm for deciding which posts to show more of. That could be a really valuable public good, and ultimately the social reputation users receive by posting the truth will become more important than the financial incentives over time, because then posting fake news would cost both money and reputation
